About Gone Wild Creations

A Rare Medium, Well Done

Gone Wild Creations was founded in 1992. We supply hand crafted, custom made, antler lamps, chandeliers and wall sconces to retail, commercial, and wholesale customers.

Every Gone Wild Creations antler light is built with an immense amount of care and attention to detail.. All wires are run internally through the antler, and never will a wire, hole, or bolt be seen.  We also use only real antler sheds.

We are so confident in our hand crafted, custom antler lighting that we guarantee all of our antler lights, for life.

This same care and attention to detail is used to create our exclusive line of handcrafted rustic, log and hickory furniture. It is this care and attention to detail that distinguishes our products from all others.

Gone Wild Creations has recently made the switch to wind energy. We buy from green suppliers, like our soy based ink which we get from carbon neutral companies, and our Greenguard Environmental Institute Certified Leathers.

Beyond that, we are currently working on converting our entire trucking fleet to Bio-Diesel.

Brant Davis Founder

Founder and Craftsman Founded Gone Wild Creations in 1992 in Flagstaff, Arizona

After leaving the polar ice cap known as Jackson Hole Wyoming. 4 knee and 3 wrist operations later he landed back home in Western New York. The charismatic visionary, tree house aficionado turned ski bum and dead head, has returned to his roots/childhood pastime for what can only be described as a non typical way to make a living.

Master Antler Artisan, of Gone Wild Creations, Ellicottville NY; Mat Snyder

Mat P. Snyder Antler Wizard

Master Craftsman Born and raised in the majestic Allegheny Mountains of Western New York, Mat was brought up with a history of stained glass art. He made his living as a certified chef for a majority of his work career. Until a run in with Brant Davis over a couple of pale ales and a heated discussion about Garcia’s encore playlist, Mat decided to satisfy his creative urges by designing and fabricating antler chandeliers. Over the last five years it has become quite artistically rewarding on many different levels. Generally on a calm Sunday morning if you listen closely you can hear the hum of Grateful Dead music and smell a faint scent of antler dust coming from the shop on Mill Street- or is that the smell of desire? Maybe we’ll never know…

Matt Canale

Matt Canale Wood Wizard

Master Craftsman When people think of wood they should think of one name, Matt Canale. After many years of home restoration and remodeling, Matt chose to bring his carpentry talents to the next level, that level being Gone Wild Creations. His artistic eye and attention to detail has helped him build not just wood furniture, but functional pieces of art, that seem to live and breathe in a room. Using natural materiel, Matt bridges the gap between fine and rustic. And somewhere out in the  wilderness and snow, you may see tracks, whether in the woods or on the slopes, if you look close you will find a little sawdust. That sawdust is probably the mark of Matt Canale.

To anybody thinking about buying form Gone Wild…..
I started buying fron Gone Wild 8 years ago when I bought my first Antler table light at a street fair in Ellicottville. I bought a few odds and ends after that over a period of 6 years but nothing big. Then I bought a house and sold my condo and needed to fill my house with quality, one of a kind furniture and fixtures that gave me the look I wanted.
Over the past two years I have purchased a dining room table, 4 chairs, 3 bar stools, coffee tables, end tables, a grandfather clock, hickory dining room light, 4 antler sconces, a padded bench, 7 foot wine bar made from hand picked walnut with pounded copper doors, an ubelievable 7 foot panaramic picture of Telluride framed to match my wine bar and much more. I just bought the most exciting piece that will finalize my dream and complete my project in a 6 foot diameter by 5 foot high 13 light antler chandelier. Throughtout all of this I worked with Brant and his staff who worked with me to help design what I wanted. I came up with the idea and they would creat my dream from my ideas.
One last item is the cost…I heard rumers from the begining that Brant’s prices were high. I searched the globe for other manufacturers of the products Gone Wild makes and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, Gone Wild has very competative prices especially when you consider the quality and care taken to make your item. I found the more you work with Gone Wild the lower the price you will be charged. I know a lot of very satisfied people and would be happy speak with anyone interested in doing business with Gone Wild. Feel free to call me if you have any questions…216-554-0835 By the way,,,,Slugger is the best antler man around the coffee table he made for me is a one of a kind gem!!
